Banner says Vick’s debt to animals will be paid

People have already seen Michael Vick play two games for the Eagles. What about his promise of more community service? It’s coming, team president Joe Banner said Thursday night before Vick and the Eagles finished their preseason slate against the Jets at The Meadowlands. “I think you’ll see Michael at an event very soon,” Banner said. “I think we’ll be announcing something as soon as we wrap up some details. “I think the organization supports issues around animal rights and we’ve been working aggressively with [animal-rights groups], and it’ll take a few more weeks where it’s operational and we can announce them.” Before he signed with the Eagles, Vick had worked with the Humane Society …
