Colts beat Eagles, 23-15

Peyton Manning sliced through the Eagles’ defense for two first-quarter touchdown passes to help the Indianapolis Colts beat the Eagles, 23-15, last night at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Eagles are 0-2 in the preseason and play Jacksonville Thursday at home. The Eagles scored when Donovan McNabb and DeSean Jackson hooked up for a 39-yard touchdown before the end of the first quarter. But that was offensive highlight for the Eagles, who played without four of five projected starters on the offensive line.
