The time when Brian Westbrook serves exclusively as the Eagles’ lead running back may be coming to an end. It may not happen Sunday, when the Eagles play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Lincoln Financial Field or the week after that or the week after that. But as Westbrook continues to show signs of wear and tear, and as rookie second-round draft pick LeSean McCoy continues to find his way in the NFL, it seems certain that the change will come.
