As if they didn’t have quite enough issues this season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looked up last week from their 0-4 start and found that their next opponent presented a few unusual problems.Here in Philadelphia, it has become difficult to know who the quarterback is from one week to the next, from one series to the next, and even from one play to the next. The guy who lines up behind center might not even end up being the one who takes the snap.But if all this change and uncertainty is unnerving to merely watch – is all this really a good idea? – just imagine how it feels for opponents to figure it out.The calculus gets even tougher this week as Donovan McNabb comes back from the rib …
