The Eagles will conduct their final workout of these “organized team activities” today before reconvening in late July for training camp, no closer to answering the questions that have dogged them during this tumultuous offseason. For now, they’re putting on a big happy face and preaching that all is well and nothing will rain on their parade to come down Broad Street. They’re insisting that quarterback Donovan McNabb is happy as he tries to get the final two years of his contract guaranteed; that running back Brian Westbrook can be the Brian Westbrook of old despite offseason surgeries on his knee and ankle; that starting cornerback Sheldon Brown’s contract dispute won’t affect anything; …
