Eagles sign Baskett

March 12th, 2010

The Eagles today announced they have signed WR Hank Baskett to a one-year contract. “I’m glad we had a chance to get Hank back in Philadelphia,” said head coach Andy Reid. “Not only has he proven himself to be a productive receiver, but he also does a solid job on special teams. He’s a team player and his main focus has and always will be on helping his team win games. On top of all that, he’s a quality person.” Now in his second stint in Philadelphia, Baskett (6-4, 220) spent the majority of the 2009 season with the Indianapolis Colts after being released by the Eagles on September 15.
