Eagles suffer a variety of injuries at camp

There was a time when it seemed possible that the Eagles’ offensive tackles for 2009 would be Todd Herremans and Winston Justice.That time had long since passed.Nevertheless, there was Herremans at left tackle and Justice on the right side yesterday when the Eagles gathered for their first full-squad workout of training camp in the searing afternoon heat at Lehigh University.Things obviously didn’t go as planned.Left tackle Jason Peters, the Eagles’ prize acquisition of the off-season, spent practice working with trainer Rick Burkholder and a contingent of other injured teammates.
