Eagles’ Westbrook to visit two doctors to consult on concussions

Brian Westbrook’s search for answers, as he begins to plot his course following a second concussion in as many games, begins today in Pittsburgh, where the Eagles’ franchise running back will consult with a pair of experts.The Eagles confirmed Westbrook will visit with Dr. Mark Lovell and then with his colleague, Dr. Joseph Maroon. Lovell has been involved in Westbrook’s treatment since he sustained his first concussion, Oct. 26 at Washington, the team said.
