You thought all the Michael Vick stuff – the protests and the public posturing – was over, didn’t you? Sucker. A little attention can be a powerful motivator for some people.On Dec. 4, two days before the Eagles play the Falcons in Georgia, an outfit called New Order – which bills itself as a national human-rights organization – plans to hold a “welcome home” rally for Vick in Atlanta. According to a team spokesman, Vick didn’t know about the rally and won’t attend since the Birds don’t fly South until Dec. 5.Bummer.
