Eagles coach Andy Reid said he did everything the medical experts recommended. He even sat out Brian Westbrook for an extra week as a precaution after the running back suffered his first concussion three weeks ago. Now, Westbrook’s season, not to mention his career, could be in jeopardy after the running back suffered another concussion Sunday in the Eagles’ 31-23 loss to the San Diego Chargers in his first game back.
