The Eagles’ starting lineup against the Chiefs on Sunday could look strikingly similar to the one that just got pounded by the New Orleans Saints. Coach Andy Reid said Monday that Kevin Kolb would remain the starter if Donovan McNabb’s broken rib still hasn’t mended enough to get the franchise quarterback on the field against Kansas City. And don’t expect to see any fewer trick plays or gadgets in the offense, especially with the potential of Michael Vick making his Eagles debut. Kolb, who completed 31 of 51 passes for 391 yards in his NFL starting debut, will have another week of work with the first offense if McNabb doesn’t make a drastic improvement by Wednesday, when the team …
