DeSean Jackson has no problem with teammate Jeremy Maclin. He just doesn’t understand why Maclin’s here. Jackson, the Eagles’ second-year receiver who broke all sorts of club rookie records, couldn’t figure out why the Eagles traded up for a wide receiver in the first round when they already had their man. “Not taking anything away from Jeremy, but when they made that pick, I really didn’t understand that,” Jackson said Thursday after another sparkling morning scrimmage. “But it is what it is.
