It was déjà vu all over again for Jeremiah Trotter. Four seasons ago, the middle linebacker was part of a defense whose Achilles’ heel was its inability to stop the run. That rather significant flaw ended up killing their Super Bowl hopes in a playoff loss to the New Orleans Saints.Their costly 24-0 loss to the Cowboys yesterday looked an awful lot like that loss to the Saints. The NFC East title and a first-round bye were there for the taking. But they couldn’t stop the Cowboys’ run game and everything went to hell from there.Now, instead of a bye, they have to come right back here to JerryWorld Saturday night for a wild-card rematch with the same team that ran all over them …
