Donovan McNabb should be missed. He left Philadelphia as the Eagles’ all-time leader in virtually every passing statistic. He’s a six-time Pro Bowler and has the third-highest winning percentage of any active quarterback. He built a Hall of Fame career in Philadelphia. On any list of the city’s greatest professional athletes, he would appear near the top. Yet will he be missed? By many, many Eagles fans he will not be. The gleeful good-riddance-McNabb celebrations can be seen on every message board and heard on every radio talk show.
