Philadelphia Eagles ink nine undrafted free agents

The Eagles on Monday signed nine undrafted free agents, including Penn State defensive end Josh Gaines. The 6-foot-1, 274-pound Gaines will join Vanderbilt safety Reshard Langford, Weber State fullback Marcus Mailei, Illinois State running back Walter Mendenhall, Brigham Young guard Dallas Reynolds, Boston College wide receiver Brandon Robinson, Massachusetts cornerback Courtney Robinson, Wake Forest kicker Sam Swank and Indiana running back Marcus Thigpen at the team’s first minicamp next weekend. Gaines was a defensive co-captain for the Nittany Lions. He finished his career with 105 tackles, 8.5 sacks and two fumble recoveries. Langford was a four-year starter at Vandy, where he …
