Shaheer McBride didn’t catch a single pass last season or play a single snap. Relegated to the Eagles practice squad, he joined the team on the NovaCare Complex practice field during the week. On game day, he watched from his couch like any other fan. But despite his relatively obscure status, the Eagles’ second-year receiver and Delaware State product had the feel of a seasoned veteran this week during Organized Team Activities for rookies andveterans. Of all the receivers there, McBride — in just his second season — had the most experience. He ran with the first-team offense and led receivers during the individual workouts.
