Stacy Andrews’ agent says contract can be worked out with Eagles

Agent Rich Moran said last night he thinks he and the Eagles will be able to work out a contract revision for guard Stacy Andrews. In yesterday’s Daily News, sources indicated there was little chance Andrews will remain with the team if he does not agree to restructure his 6-year, $38.9 million contract, which he signed last year, as the team’s top free-agent acquisition. Moran reiterated last night what he said in that story – that the Birds have not told him his client must agree to restructure or else. “That’s never been conveyed,” Moran said. “We’ve had some discussions, but there’s never been any ultimatum.” Moran said the Eagles “have indicated very aggressively they want Stacy …
