Updated injury report for Sunday’s game between the Saints and Eagles

Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb will officially be listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Saints, according to Coach Andy Reid. That pretty much rules him out, barring a miracle weekend recovery. Teams aren’t allowed to be deceptive with their injury reports. If a guy plays when he’s listed as doubtful, they need to have a good explanation. … But then again, McNabb has played on Sundays in the past even when he’s missed an entire week of practice, so don’t rule out a Willis Reed-type emergence. The Saints, meanwhile, have listed tailback Pierre Thomas as questionable with his sprained right knee after he practiced on a limited basis again Friday. I’d be surprised to see …
