Vick’s debut stirs interest

On Michael Vick’s debut Thursday night, Jamaal Jackson coined a new phrase. “It’s can’t-wait-to-see TV,” the Eagles’ center said. Not only are fans, teammates and coaches curious about Vick’s first game action in more than two years, but they’re also not sure exactly what capacity the former Falcons quarterback will be used against Jacksonville. Coach Andy Reid did his best to leave everyone guessing, only dropping hints Tuesday about his plans to use Vick against the Jaguars in the team’s third preseason game. Reid said the first-team offense, guided by Donovan McNabb, would play three quarters Thursday night. Kevin Kolb, McNabb’s backup, will play the fourth. Vick, Reid said, would not …
