Brian Westbrook said Wednesday he’s ready for Sunday’s opener against Carolina despite sitting out all four preseason games to work back gradually from knee and ankle surgeries On Thursday, offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg suggested that a healthy Westbrook is bound to get as many touches as he normally does. But is the Eagles’ best offensive weapon really healthy? For the first time all week, Westbrook’s name surfaced on the post-practice injury report. He was listed under “full participation” after Thursday’s practice, along with several other Eagles nursing minor injuries.
